RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY – CIF – CAREER IF PLATFORM
Introduction
This Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy applies to all
purchases made through the CIF – Career If Platform (“CareerIF”). By
completing a transaction, users acknowledge and agree to the terms
stated herein. This policy governs individual users as well as
institutions and career professionals who purchase bulk access.
Digital Service Nature
CareerIF provides aptitude assessments and downloadable reports
delivered digitally. Access is granted immediately following payment
confirmation. As digital services cannot be returned, revoked, or
reclaimed once accessed, users understand that delivery is
considered complete once access is available in their account.
No Refund Policy
All payments made on the CareerIF platform are final and strictly
non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases,
dissatisfaction with results, change of intention, inability to
complete assessments, misunderstanding of features, or unused
access. Institutional users acknowledge responsibility for
distribution and utilisation of bulk test access.
Incorrect Purchase or User Error
CareerIF is not responsible for incorrect product selection, unused
credits, mistaken account information, incompatibility of user
devices, or assumptions regarding assessment outcomes. Such
circumstances do not qualify for refund, cancellation, or reversal
of transaction.
Failed Transactions
If payment has been successfully charged but access to the test has
not been provided due to a verifiable system error, CareerIF will,
upon confirmation, restore access or issue equivalent test credit.
Monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Institutional Purchase Conditions
Institutions and professional partners who purchase bulk access
agree that credits do not expire and are non-transferable outside
their authorised user group. Reports may be given to individuals
under their supervision but may not be resold or repackaged under
alternative branding.
Policy Amendments
CareerIF reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance
of the revised policy.
